- An inclusive, adaptive, strategic approach to management, with the ability to identify and implement structural and process change as necessary, and to enable and support as well as hold to account.
- Motivated to work with colleagues across the world, ensuring that our services work well in different international contexts.
- A clear commitment to global inclusion and participation.
- Experience leading multi-functional teams at scale, especially across finance, international operations, and people and culture.
- Experience of leading an organisation through decentralisation would be beneficial.
- A demonstrable ability to work well at a group level, appreciating the balance between local contexts and global standards and consistency.
- Accountancy qualifications are desirable, such as ACCA, ACA or CIMA.
