Process

  • Your CV and supporting statement will be considered by the panel at sift and candidates will be progressed on merit based on the evidence presented.
  • Depending on the number of applications received the panel may choose to invite candidates to partake in psychometric assessment(s) prior to interview.
  • Candidates selected for interview will be given the opportunity to partake in a staff engagement exercise.
  • Candidates selected for interview will be asked to give a presentation followed by interview questions which will cover technical skills and the following civil service behaviours;  making effective decisions, leadership and seeing the bigger picture.
