As DG Operations I lead the operational response to tackling Serious Organised Crime for the agency. We have a unique and challenging mission. At the heart of this is the NCA Investigations Directorate working\u00a0with national and international partners\u00a0to mount criminal investigations into a range of complex crimes from online child abuse to transnational organised crime and sanctions evasion.<\/p>\n<p>This vital work\u00a0drives executive action against SOC threats identified through proactive intelligence collection and reactive long-term investigations.
