Role Description

Role Location

Anywhere in the UK close to an existing Multibank (London, Swansea, Manchester, Birmingham, Middlesborough or Edinburgh)

Role Purpose

To provide strategic leadership, act as the focal point and decision maker for a multi-stakeholder organisation and provide support to the organisation with the key 3 strategic priorities:

  1. Build partnerships with corporates and other charities to grow the supply of goods and scale of distribution.
  2. Develop and execute a business plan which enables scaling of the charity through innovation and collaboration in order to achieve our mission and purpose.
  3. Raise funds to enable the scaling of the Multibanks.

Role Description

The nature of the stakeholders and the access to high profile partners (corporates, government, political figures, donors, celebrities) means that resilience, self-confidence and the ability to make fast, high-calibre judgement calls are key requirements for the incoming CEO.  The right candidate will be entrepreneurial and have the skills and hands-on attitude necessary to turn an early-stage organisation which has already helped 500,000 families into a fully scaled organisation. Experience of working for a UK-networked organisation is desirable.
