A believer in \u201ctest and learn\u201d and continuous improvement.<\/p>\n<p>Excellent oral and written communication skills to create a message and lay out strategies that the Income Generation team can easily understand.<\/p>\n<p>A healthy level of diplomacy and discretion while dealing with donors and stakeholders at all levels.<\/p>\n<p>Above all the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
