As you prepare your application, imagine stepping into this pivotal role, where you will have the chance to collaborate closely with our Board, Executive, our Sponsoring body, the Department of Work and Pensions and our senior most leaders.
In this position, you will lead a dedicated team of that helps the business make financial decisions to deliver our Business Plans, meet our KPI’s and report our performance internally and to external stakeholders. You’ll also lead our financial systems team that keeps our entire finance operations running. While our business is 500 people strong we support Money, Debt and Pensions services UK wide including devolved nations.
You will primarily collaborate with C-suite directors to provide expert Financial advice and develop policies, controls and reporting that align with organisational needs. You will find yourself developing solutions to some complex problems and if that excites this is definitely a role that will stretch you. At the same time you’ll be implementing new financial systems that spurn even greater self-service which are more resilient and compliant. Your leadership will be vital in driving employee engagement, a diverse and inclusive workforce so that every team member feels connected and valued.
