Time Commitment
MAG’s Board meets four times a year, usually two meetings are in-person. The Board also holds an annual away day in October. Trustees are also expected to be a member of at least one of the Board’s five committees, this trustee will be a member of the Fundraising Committee. Committees meet two to four times a year, usually meeting two to three weeks before each Board meeting. There may also be occasional meetings, calls with relevant staff to draw on your expertise and insight.
Appointment Terms
This is a three-year term of office with the ability to be reappointed for a second term. In exceptional circumstances, the Board may appoint a trustee to serve a third consecutive term. Newly appointed trustees will join the Board, after their after the final interviews held w/c 8th December 2025.
Remuneration
This is a voluntary role with reasonable expenses reimbursed.
