  • Experience of leading, motivating and developing large and regionally dispersed teams.
  • Experience of developing and overseeing people-centred customer services.
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution.
  • Experience of negotiating, implementing, and monitoring large contracts, ideally with public sector commissioners.
  • Understanding of Magic Breakfast’s cause and the challenges faced by families and children with respect to morning hunger.
  • Experience of logistics management would be desirable.
