- Experience of leading, motivating and developing large and regionally dispersed teams.

 - Experience of negotiating, implementing, and monitoring large contracts, ideally with public sector commissioners.
 - Understanding of Magic Breakfast’s cause and the challenges faced by families and children with respect to morning hunger.
 - Experience of logistics management would be desirable.
