We create communities where people feel valued and belong.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Skills, Experience and Behaviours<\/h4>\n<p><strong><u>Essential<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Significant experience in a <strong>private sector business.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Leadership of communication strategy and content creation in a<strong> complex, multinational, B2B context.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Significant <strong>senior leadership experience<\/strong> \u2013 must have been a member of an executive leadership team and have led teams of a relevant scale.<\/li>\n<li>A natural <strong>advocate and networker<\/strong> &#8211; proven ability to build senior networks, broker partnerships, and inspire external stakeholders to take action. (This is an external-facing role which requires significant public speaking, networking and attending events).<\/li>\n<li>Candidates must <strong>be available to work in person in London at least four days a week<\/strong>.
