Board, Group, and external stakeholders around shared goals, and to navigate Bank, Foundation, partner, and community interests.<\/li>\n<li>Strong pipeline, P&amp;L, forecasting, and performance philanthropy, partnerships, or social impact leadership experience in a complex, multi-stakeholder organisation, with evidence of operating at scale and through ambiguity.<\/li>\n<li>Track record of building new functions, propositions, products, or services that have delivered measurable income growth.<\/li>\n<li>Experience of high-value relationship development, ideally including HNW philanthropy, private clients, corporate partnerships, or mass customer activation, with the credibility to discuss wealth, community impact, tax, giving, and legacy with senior clients and donors.<\/li>\n<li>Experience of working across complex corporate structures, ideally including financial services, wealth, payments, digital customer propositions, or regulated environments.<\/li>\n<li>Evidence of turning institutional partnerships into practical adoption across colleagues, customers, clients, and communities.<\/li>\n<li>Experience of building high-performing teams and creating the conditions for sustainable performance.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of social investment and capacity building with community organisations would be advantageous.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><em><strong>What Success Looks Like<\/strong><\/em><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>The Philanthropy Pilot converts into a scalable service, with clear client pathways, strong stewardship, reporting, and demonstrable client and donor confidence.<\/li>\n<li>In-app giving and volunteering propositions are developed and tested with LBG, with pilots launched where sponsorship and approval are secured, and clear learning generated on reach, conversion, and retention.<\/li>\n<li>A portfolio of Business &amp; Commercial Banking propositions is developed and tested, with sponsorship secured and pilots launched, backed by positive engagement from LBG relationship teams.<\/li>\n<li>A clear social investment approach is agreed and piloted, with capacity-building support and early deployments aligned to homelessness and housing.<\/li>\n<li>Systems, data, and governance enable income at scale.<\/li>\n<li>The Income Directorate is staffed, mission-aligned, and performing as a motivated, outcomes-led team, well integrated with Operations, Community-Led Change, and Strategy, Impact, and Innovation, and trusted by LBG, sister foundations, and community-led partners.<\/li>\n<li>Ultimately significantly more money is leveraged that leads to a greater impact in communities to ensure more people in England and Wales are in a good
