Ultimately, your leadership will help more people say they are in a good place personally, that their home is a good place to live, and that their community is a good place to belong.<\/p>\n<p>Through deep partnership with Lloyds Banking Group (LBG) and Cazenove Capital, you\u2019ll lead the development and scaling of the Philanthropy Pilot, working with partners to build sponsorship, governance and alignment required for success. You will also position the Foundation with relevant LBG opportunities, including Connecting Communities, where there is alignment and sponsorship. In parallel, you will define the Foundation\u2019s approach to social investment.<\/p>\n<p>The scale of the opportunity is significant: LBG brings the reach of 65,000 colleagues, 28 million customers, and the UK\u2019s largest digital bank, giving the Foundation a powerful platform to grow giving of time and money, unlock lending, and connect communities to the resources they need.<\/p>\n<p>This is a new role which reports to the Chief Executive with a clear mandate to work across the Foundation, LBG, Cazenove Capital and with our sister foundations in Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Irelands to turn strategic ambition into scalable delivery.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Key Relationships<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Internal: Chief Executive; Heads of Community-Led Change.<\/p>\n<p>External: Lloyds Banking Group (Group Corporate Affairs, Consumer Relationships, Business &amp; Commercial Banking), Cazenove Capital, The Lloyds Bank Foundation for the Channel Islands, Bank of Scotland Foundation, Halifax Foundation for Northern Ireland, philanthropy sector partners, impact economy partners, high net worth individuals, Private Bank clients, BCB clients.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><strong><em>Senior Leadership<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>As part of the Foundation\u2019s Leadership Team, shape and model a bold, inclusive, relational, can-do, outcomes-led culture, supporting the Foundation\u2019s transformation and culture change, and ensuring income growth remains directly connected to community-led change.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and lead the Income Directorate, setting the vision, strategy, targets, operating model, team structure, capacity, and culture.<\/li>\n<li>Develop a multi-year roadmap for income growth, aligned to the Foundation\u2019s organisational outcomes and new strategy, including its Give, Impact, and Power goals, supported by investment-ready business cases for the Foundation, LBG, and external partners to resource the roadmap.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a senior advocate across LBG, persuading, galvanising, and aligning stakeholders behind the Foundation\u2019s vision, while navigating complexity, building trust, and unlocking decisions at pace.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the Foundation meets all regulatory and governance requirements relating to charitable fundraising.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong><em>Philanthropy Pilot <\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the development and positioning of the Philanthropy Pilot for all four Foundations, building, activating, and stewarding a strong pipeline of philanthropic high-net-worth individuals across LBG and Cazenove Capital, helping people with wealth give more and give better to communities across the UK and Channel Islands.<\/li>\n<li>Rapidly develop the Philanthropy Pilot\u2019s proposition and execution, testing scalable pathways to income generation including personalised giving solutions and match funds.<\/li>\n<li>Lead test-and-learn cycles to refine propositions, communications, client journeys, due diligence, impact reporting, Gift Aid management, charging models, governance, and the digital front door, translating insights into a scalable, sustainable Foundation-based philanthropy service that retains community-led integrity as it grows.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong><em>Digital Giving Solutions<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner closely with LBG\u2019s Consumer Relationships team to work with LBG to explore how the Foundation could contribute to the Connecting Communities strategy, providing practical ways to increase the giving of time and money by app-enabled customers across the UK and Channel Islands.<\/li>\n<li>Convene cross-functional sprints with LBG and Foundation colleagues to develop prototype in-app features, validate compliance and risk, and develop and test MVPs where sponsorship and approval are in place, with clear learning goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong><em>Partnership with Business &amp;
