PART ONE – Experience
Essential:
- Extensive track record of operating as a senior People Leader in a progressive, dynamic environment, with demonstrable experience across the full People lifecycle.
- A strong focus on ‘getting the basics right,’ able to drive effective, streamlined people lifecycle processes that enable scaling and compliance.
- Able to demonstrate how they have designed strategies that have delivered notable shifts in organisational culture and performance.
- Extensive people leadership experience; skilled in nurturing and developing potential and driving high performance in own teams.
- Exposure to how inclusive cultures work and feel – and experience in implementing interventions that drive meaningful change.
- Track record in leading large-scale change and transformation programmes and building change capability for the future.
- Exposure to working closely with a non-Executive Board, including Remuneration and Nomination Committees.
Desirable
- Experience of working across the Public and Private sectors.
- Experience of developing and delivering people initiatives in a high-growth, scale-up environment.
- Proven track record in the successful management of employee relations in an SME scale organisation
- Executive coaching qualification and experience of deploying a coaching approach.
PART TWO – Knowledge, Skills and Mindset
- Demonstrable ability to use data-driven insights into People activities and demonstrate the value added and/or return on investment.
- Ability to ‘zoom in and out’ effectively; working at pace to deliver an excellent service, whilst ensuring work is done, and decisions made, at the right level.
- First-class stakeholder management skills, at all levels, driving a co-creation approach across the People agenda and striking an effective balance between support and challenge.
- Skilled in navigating ambiguity – thrives in an environment where not everything is in place / fixed.
- Highly results-oriented, with strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
- The gravitas to positively represent LCCC positively, at all levels, both internally and externally.
