- Proven track record of successfully operating at a senior level within a complex organisation, leading people and teams to generate outcomes.
- Demonstrable evidence of the use of diplomacy coupled with a firm approach to achieve results in a complex organisation.
- Successful experience in a role where the management and coordination of multiple activities are aligned with the strategic and corporate plan.
- Educated to Degree standard or with extensive experience of demonstrable delivery at a senior level and in roles building relationships and influencing people in senior positions.
- Proven experience of progressing actions from an SMT / Board and following through to ensure that the intentions and expectations as agreed are actioned and plans remain on course, escalating exceptions where appropriate.
- Proven experience of successfully operating in a matrixed environment, demonstrating great influencing skills with people outside of their reporting line, with an ability to work within current management structures to achieve results.
- Successful experience in stakeholder management across a wide range of internal and external areas to maximise the potential of relationships. Sees other internal functions in a client/ supplier relationship avoiding “barrier-free” thinking.
