The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and articulate a clear vision and strategy to drive sustainable growth for IIP.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the client base and maximise our impact against our purpose.
- Client-Centric Focus: Champion the client in all decision-making processes, ensuring the organisation meets the evolving needs of its community.
- Innovation & Efficiency: Explore and integrate new technologies, including artificial intelligence, to enhance client experiences and streamline operational processes.
- Growth: Drive growth in both size and impact, ensuring a positive and meaningful experience for the broader community.
- Cultural Stewardship: Foster an internal culture of wellbeing and high performance that aligns with the company’s core values and frameworks.
- Leadership Development: Inspire, support, and develop the senior leadership team to achieve their full potential.
- Financial Oversight: Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the organisation as its public face, building relationships with key stakeholders, including government, industry, and event audiences.
