We are looking for a CEO who is not only a strategic thinker and change leader, but also a powerful advocate for our purpose to Make Work Better.
You will be the external face of Investors in People — a credible voice in the changing world of work, appreciative and understanding of the work done in the wider people profession, a confident public speaker, and a trusted spokesperson and brand ambassador. You will bring a strong personal reputation in the field, a wider understanding of digital transformation, and a proven ability to lead and scale organisations through change.
But above all, we are looking for a people-centred leader. Someone who lives the values we promote, who believes in the power of great leadership, and who understands that culture, wellbeing and development are the cornerstones of high performance.
