    • Can you provide a short explanation of why you are applying for the role of CEO and what skills and experience you can bring from previous roles into the role of CEO of Help Musicians and Music Minds Matter?
    • Our new CEO will lead both Help Musicians and Music Minds Matter, Help Musicians’ dedicated mental health support line and service for the whole music industry. How would you balance the leadership of both organisations? What opportunities does the ability to lead both present?
    • The charities are committed to promoting equality of opportunity. Can you provide an example from your career which would demonstrate your commitment to driving the culture and values of an organisation?
    • We’re bold, ambitious and expansive charities with a small team and have to punch above our weight. Can you provide examples on how you’ve helped focus an organisation to deliver ‘Fewer, bigger, better’ in order to deliver real and lasting impact resources? Where do you feel the charities have the opportunity to be truly ‘first in class’?
    • In what context have you established strategic alliances or partnerships which have allowed all the organisations involved to perform more effectively as a group rather than individually?
    • Fundraising is critical for the charities to continue to achieve their ambitious plans. Can you provide an example where you have secured significant sustainable income for an organisation?
