They reflect our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, and we build these into our approach to recruitment and performance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The importance of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion to our mission<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are committed to becoming a more diverse, equitable and inclusive organisation not only in what we do, but how we do it because we genuinely believe Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) is a key enabler to achieving our mission of driving health equity.<\/p>\n<p>As of 31 March 2025, 73.6% of the people working in the foundation were female, with 35.8% of staff from the Global Majority. 11.2% of our workforce has a declared disability and 11.2% of our workforce identified as LGBTQ+.<\/p>\n<p>Better health for all is within our reach. We believe that becoming more diverse, equitable and inclusive is not just the right thing to do but will help us achieve our mission of driving health equity faster. By focusing as much on <em>how and who we work with<\/em> as well as what we work on fund and invest in.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re committed to removing barriers and taking bold actions to ensure our own organisation is equitable, diverse and inclusive. To do this, we not only look at our internal practices.
