We are particularly interested in candidates who hold\/have held roles that are deeply engaged with data management and AI tools; and that have a good understanding of ERP systems;<\/li>\n<li>a high level of understanding and interest in the issues the Foundation seeks to address;<\/li>\n<li>a commitment to the mission and values of the Foundation;<\/li>\n<li>highly developed interpersonal and communication skills;<\/li>\n<li>the ability to understand complex strategic issues, analyse and resolve difficult problems;<\/li>\n<li>sound, independent judgement, common sense and diplomacy;<\/li>\n<li>high standards of personal integrity and probity;<\/li>\n<li>a sound knowledge of governance;<\/li>\n<li>the willingness and ability to advance the Foundation externally; and<\/li>\n<li>sufficient time and commitment to fulfil the role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In taking on this role, you will become a charity trustee.
