Greensleeves Care is an innovative, award winning and growing, social care charity responding to the changing needs of older people. We deliver residential, dementia and nursing care across England to over 1,000 adults.
The role of Chair, working collectively with our other Trustees, will help ensure we fulfill our charitable aims, one of which is to encourage our residents to thrive as individuals, and our employees to practice as caring professionals. The delivery of our strategic plan is essential to achieving this and includes:
- Sustainable future development and acquisitions supported by appropriate financing arrangements
- a continued programme to modernise and invest in our estate
- become a greener organization
- be the employer of choice in the sector and retain our colleagues.
