- Strong operational leadership experience, including oversight of financial planning, audits, governance reviews, and risk mitigation processes within an international or multi-jurisdictional context.
Professional & Technical Expertise
- Qualified accountant (or equivalent professional experience) and/or Company Secretary, with substantial experience in financial management, governance, and compliance.
- Sufficient technical expertise to oversee the implementation of IT and digital projects, including data protection, cyber security, and the management of digital platforms and access controls.

- Ability to proactively identify, recommend, and implement improvements to operational activities and ways of working.
- Experience in building or redesigning systems and successfully introducing new tools, technologies, and processes where existing ones are outdated or ineffective.
