I’ve recently stepped into the role of Chief Executive, and the energy, passion, and commitment across our teams and partners is nothing short of inspiring. We’re writing the next chapter of Fairtrade’s story, and it’s going to be bold, impact led, values driven and full of heart.

We’re on the lookout for a Director of People and Culture – a powerhouse leader who’s ready to help shape and build the future of our organisation. This is a senior role with real impact, working closely with me and our Senior Leadership Team to champion progressive ways of working, nurture a vibrant, high performing and inclusive culture, and embed well-being at the core of everything we do.
