  2. Understanding of financial \/ investment markets or a related area.<\/li>\n
  3. Able to demonstrate an understanding of, and interest in, investment, ethical investment and environmental, social and governance issues in business and\/or financial markets.<\/li>\n
  4. Experience of policy development and managing programmes of work to produce high quality papers and for senior leadership audiences.<\/li>\n
  5. Awareness of current policy questions for the Church of England and its investing bodies.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
