Hebrews 12, v 1-2.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serving something beyond ourselves \u2013 God, Jesus, our communities \u2013 believing in our purpose.<\/li>\n<li>Staying motivated, with a sense of commitment and a belief in the power of our work.<\/li>\n<li>Outward-looking to our parishes, chaplaincies and schools to serve and support them and help them thrive.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Hope<\/h3>\n<p>Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.
