Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
Essential
- Proven track record at executive or senior management level
- Experience of managing budgets and assets
- Understanding of the structures and culture of the Church of England, parish and diocesan life
- Experience of working with both paid employees and volunteers
Desirable
- Business qualification at post graduate level
- Experience of being a company secretary
- Knowledge of financial management and business operations in the charity sector

- A practicing Christian of a denomination which is a member of ‘Churches Together in Britain & Ireland’ or the Evangelical Alliance*

Key Benefits
- Salary: £75,000 per annum
- Pension: The scheme offered is the ‘Church Workers’ Pension Fund – Pension Builder 2014’ in which the DBF makes a 10% pension contribution.
