Essential Criteria
- Confident use of software and highly comfortable with platforms such as Xero, Airtable, Microsoft and Google products.
- Experience working effectively at a senior level, in partnership with the CEO, representing one’s organisation, building and maintaining excellent relationships, promoting ideas and influencing decision-makers at all levels.
- Experience defining and shaping a financial or organisational strategy to increase efficiency.
- Leadership experience in complex, cross-organisational project management and organisational business planning.
- Proven experience in successfully designing and implementing cross-organisational financial monitoring and reporting solutions.
- Proven experience in effective strategic thinking, detailed planning and the ability to deliver to clear long-term objectives.
- Experience leading and motivating multidisciplinary teams (must include finance) to improve morale and success rates.
- A professional qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g. Finance, Accounting).
- The ability to analyse quantitative and qualitative data, think critically and propose simple solutions to complex problems.
Desirable
- A proven track record of successfully designing and delivering large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Strong project management skills with Prince 2 or Agile methodologies qualification.
