Minimum 2/3 years experience in senior leadership role, ideally in the non-profit sector
Proven experience in developing and building professional relationships
Good understanding of management issues in smaller organisations (charity or commercial sector)
Experience of fundraising and income generation, with a track record of securing significant funding
Experience of managing budgets and finances
