Essential
- Significant senior leadership experience in fundraising, income generation or commercial growth.
- Proven track record of delivering income growth at scale.
- Experience leading transformation or turnaround in income generation.
- Experience managing multiple income streams as a strategic portfolio.
- Strong commercial judgement, with the ability to make clear prioritisation and investment decisions.
- Experience operating at enterprise level, shaping strategy beyond a single function.
- Ability to lead across organisational boundaries and drive alignment.
- Strong understanding of data-driven, digital and supporter-led income models.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable
- Experience across both fundraising and commercial income models.
- Experience working with content, media or entertainment-led organisations.
