Ultimately, your work will drive the big ideas that get people to care \u2014 especially during key moments like Red Nose Day.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond this, you will champion creativity throughout the organisation, fostering a culture where fresh ideas can come from anywhere. It\u2019s about ensuring that creativity is embedded in everything we do, from our campaigns to our internal processes.<\/p>\n<p>This is an executive-level role with direct involvement in shaping the future of Comic Relief.
