- Expertise in strategic communications spanning brand development, audience strategy and communications strategies.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams and fostering a positive organisational culture.
- Excellent stakeholder management and external relations skills, with experience engaging corporate, philanthropic, and government partners.
- A thoughtful, inclusive leader who champions DEIB values and fosters collaboration.
- Strong financial and operational acumen, including budget management and governance experience.
- Emotional intelligence, resilience, and collaborative leadership skills to unify all teams and directorates.
