Essential Experience<\/strong><\/h3>\n

  • Proven senior leadership experience in a foundation, charity, social enterprise, skills\/employment organisation, or comparable mission-driven context.<\/li>\n
  • Demonstrable experience designing or delivering high-impact convening, grant-making<\/strong>, influencing, commissioning, or programme investment.<\/li>\n
  • Strong understanding of the UK skills, employment, and social mobility landscape<\/strong>, including barriers faced by disadvantaged groups.<\/li>\n
  • Experience working at the interface of policy, employer engagement, and service delivery<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • Track record of building strategic partnerships<\/strong> that drive systemic or large-scale impact.<\/li>\n
  • Proven experience in providing strategic financial leadership<\/strong> to ensure organisational sustainability.<\/li>\n
  • Experience working with or reporting to a Board<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
