experience<\/strong> as a Chair, Trustee, Non-Executive Director, or equivalent governance role.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Understanding of the changing UK skills, education and employment landscape<\/strong>, including barriers faced by disadvantaged groups (e.g., prisoners, young people, people with disabilities, refugees, low-income communities) and emerging government policy.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Demonstrable success in overseeing development and implementation of strategy<\/strong> at high levels either with social purpose organisations or employers.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Proven ability to build strategic partnerships<\/strong> across private, public, and voluntary sectors with strong connections.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Commercially astute with sound risk management expertise<\/strong>, and the ability to scrutinise investment decisions and assess impact.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Desirable Experience<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Background in workforce development, corporate responsibility, social mobility, or community investment.<\/li>\n<li>Experience influencing policy or leading organisations engaged in advocacy.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with impact measurement, evaluation, and learning in social programmes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Skills and Attributes<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Strategic thinker<\/strong> with the ability to synthesise complex
