We support people dealing with complex and wide-ranging challenges \u2013 whether that\u2019s substance use, involvement in the criminal justice system, homelessness, or the mental and physical health issues associated with all of these.<\/p>\n<p>Our work is rooted in compassion, evidence and community, and shaped by a commitment to <strong>Believe in People<\/strong> \u2013 a philosophy that underpins both our services and our ways of working and culture.<\/p>\n<p>Across England and Scotland, our 150+ services are delivered by 7000 staff and\u00a0 volunteers, many with lived experience, who bring empathy and authenticity to the support we offer.<\/p>\n<p>As Chair of Trustees, I have the privilege of seeing firsthand the profound impact our charity has on people\u2019s lives, and every time I visit a service I\u2019m reminded of what makes Change Grow Live such a remarkable organisation: our people, our mission and our values.<\/p>\n<p>To achieve our ambitions in an environment where we\u2019re being asked to do more with less, we\u2019re embracing innovation and digital transformation to remove barriers, improve access and free up our people to focus on what matters most: working with people to help them achieve lasting change in their lives.<\/p>\n<p>As a trustee, you will help to shape the strategic direction of a charity at the forefront of social change, playing a vital role in making sure that we remain effective, ethical and responsive to the needs of the people we serve.<\/p>\n<p>The trustee role here is fascinating and rewarding, and you\u2019ll work alongside a passionate board and leadership team to support a high-performing organisation as it continues to grow and develop. There are big opportunities ahead \u2013 and big challenges too.
