Job Title: Chief Executive Officer
Pay Band: Chief Executive Officer salary scale (circa £90,000)
Hours: Full time, 35 hours a week. We are willing to consider proposals to job share, but they must be dual applications with robust evidence from past roles of the ability of the candidates to work together.
Start Date: We anticipate the appointee starting in post in the second quarter of 2026.
Location: We have a physical office in London. The organisation encourages hybrid working within the UK, though the post-holder must be able to travel to London and elsewhere frequently for both internal and external in-person meetings.
Leave: All staff receive 27 days annual leave in addition to bank holidays, rising to 30 days after 2 years of service.
Reporting to: Chair of Trustees.

Requirements
You will need to have pre-existing right to work in the UK legally. You will also need to have a willingness and ability to travel within the UK and occasionally overseas.
