Federation type experience useful<\/li>\n<li>Experience of working with the veterinary profession including the provision of expert advice and standards<\/li>\n<li>Significant experience\u00a0of delivering services and standards of animal welfare care through volunteering models<\/li>\n<li>Significant experience\u00a0of developing and implementing successful development strategies in line with an organisation\u2019s strategic aims<\/li>\n<li>Significant experience\u00a0of planning, including setting,\u00a0managing\u00a0and\u00a0monitoring\u00a0budgets<\/li>\n<li>Significant experience\u00a0in cultural, change and relationship management<\/li>\n<li>Previous\u00a0experience of working in a role which carries Safeguarding operational responsibility<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Skills and attributes<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to motivate, empower and develop people, paid and unpaid, at all levels in a complex, multi-location, organisation<\/li>\n<li>Leads high performing teams in a collegiate and cross organisational way \u2013 working as one<\/li>\n<li>The ability to build alliances and maintain effective relationships and networks.
