Please describe a time you led subject matter experts, harnessing their expertise, in areas where you yourself were not an expert? How did you maintain credibility in arenas outside of your areas of expertise?<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\" data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">How have you influenced thinking and action across different functions (such as policy, programmes, services and delivery teams) to strengthen long\u2011term income generation?
