As a member of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, the British Red Cross is committed to, and bound by, its <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;color: #0000ff\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;text-decoration: underline\" href=\"http:\/\/www.redcross.org.uk\/principles\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fundamental principles<\/a>:<\/span> humanity, impartiality, neutrality, independence, voluntary service, unity and universality.<\/p>\n<h3>Purpose Of The Role<\/h3>\n<p>Executive Director &#8211; Income Generation and Marketing leads and shapes the Marketing and Fundraising strategy for the British Red Cross (BRC) to support our mission of helping people prepare for, respond to and recover from crises. With an in depth understanding of our supporters, builds enduring relationships based on their interests to maximise their valuable contribution and has overall accountability to ensure smooth, value-based journeys through the organisation for them.
