Experience
Essential
- Experience of supporter and customer engagement strategy and pathway design in a complex organisation with multiple audiences and channels
- Experience of cause based income generation and strategic relationship development with corporates, trusts and philanthropists
- Extensive experience of managing income generation functions at executive and board level
- Leadership and management of a multi-disciplinary team
- Management of significant budgets and operating plans
- Experience of working with high value and senior partners including public bodies and government
Desirable
- Experience of brand and marketing in a fundraising environment
- Understanding of Charity Law as it applies to fundraising, or the ability to develop this understanding swiftly
