This role is a pivotal position within our organisation, leading of one of our three major causes – improving health and care across the UK. Our organisation has been supporting health and wellbeing in our four nations from its inception, playing a crucial auxiliary role during the world wars to partnering to provide services, vaccines and support to people facing the greatest inequalities.
As Director of Health and Care, you will lead the work across our cause area, leading over 130 contracted services for the NHS, pioneer innovations that deliver better outcomes for people and lead our ongoing strategy for health.
The role will work with leaders across government and public sector agencies and civil society to identify where our organisation can make the most difference. This is one of the most exciting roles in the charity sector where you can support people to live safely at home and develop new services based on the needs of communities.
