Essential
- Strong experience in civil society including operational grant-making.
- An understanding of systems-change and experience of applying this to programme design, delivery and evaluation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience of building trusting, equitable relationships with diverse stakeholders and translating complex social justice issues into accessible insights.
- Ability to manage projects, people, and resources efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and external suppliers.
- A deep commitment to anti-oppressive practice and social justice, with personal alignment with Quaker values.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to seek new partnerships for the Trust that help to achieve our mission.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate complex environments, demonstrating flexibility in approach and willingness to learn and evolve.

- Experience of public policy influencing.
- Ability to use IT-based management systems to manage relationships with grant partners or service users (e.g. salesforce).
