Please provide an example of how you have built leadership credibility with a Board and staff?<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>The Midlands Area Director is the organisation\u2019s principal ambassador in the region, with a critical role building its relationships and reputation across the Midlands, engaging with arts organisations, local authorities, mayoral districts and more. Please provide an example of how you have developed effective partnerships.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>As part of the Let\u2019s Create strategy, the Midlands Area Director will be responsible for further developing the organisation\u2019s place-based approach in the region. How would you develop local stakeholders relationships to engage with areas of low engagement and low infrastructure?<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>The Arts Council England is committed to promoting equality of opportunity.
