      2. The Midlands Area Director will provide clear and inspiring leadership to the region as it delivers its mission to build a happier and fairer industry for all. Please provide an example of how you have built leadership credibility with a Board and staff?
      3. The Midlands Area Director is the organisation’s principal ambassador in the region, with a critical role building its relationships and reputation across the Midlands, engaging with arts organisations, local authorities, mayoral districts and more. Please provide an example of how you have developed effective partnerships.
      4. As part of the Let’s Create strategy, the Midlands Area Director will be responsible for further developing the organisation’s place-based approach in the region. How would you develop local stakeholders relationships to engage with areas of low engagement and low infrastructure?
      5. The Arts Council England is committed to promoting equality of opportunity. Can you provide an example from your career which would demonstrate your commitment to driving the culture and values of an organisation to increase equality, diversity and inclusion?
