- Track record of delivering ambitious goals in fast-moving organisations across a broad portfolio of functions which may include finance, technology, governance and people.
- Finance experience at a senior level, guiding executive and non-executive colleagues.
- Leading, managing & inspiring a broad-based teams.
- Some understanding of the charity sector and commitment to our mission.
