Five meetings are in person, two in Newcastle, two in Carlisle and one in Workington. The sixth meeting is held on Teams. Two of these are Board Conference events, which usually include an overnight stay. Committee meetings are held four times per year. Two meetings are held face-to-face and two meetings on Teams. Members are provided with IT equipment and training.<\/li>\n<li>It is important that Members are able to be flexible regarding any permanent employment or other commitments they have.
