effective governance.<\/li>\n<li>A good knowledge of the social, economic and political environment in which CCHA works.<\/li>\n<li>Experience of responding quickly to new challenges and opportunities and being responsive to the need for change.<\/li>\n<li>Experience of making balanced and informed decisions, based on independent judgement.<\/li>\n<li>An awareness of the needs and aspirations of our customers, and of the local communities where they live.<\/li>\n<li>A strong awareness of equality, diversity and inclusion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>PART TWO<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Qualities and
