This is an exciting time to join the Board, as we have an active development programme for much-needed new homes and are approaching our Corporate Strategy mid-term review. We will do this from strong foundations, as we are securely funded and retain the highest governance ratings from our Regulator. You will have the opportunity to influence and drive our ambitious plans in the coming years.
We place great importance on our values and behaviours at CCHA, and a key expectation of the Board Member role is to demonstrate leadership and modelling of our values.
As a Board Member, you will be able to use your experience to help the Association develop our approach to challenges and opportunities through Board working groups, alongside the traditional non-executive role of constructive challenge.
