level.<\/li>\n<li>Experience of successfully delivering transformational projects to continuously improve service delivery with high levels of customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Experience of successful and productive partnership working with other organisations, for the benefit of customers and communities.<\/li>\n<li>A good grasp of the key financial, regulatory and legal requirements for housing associations.<\/li>\n<li>Experience of business planning, risk management and assurance.<\/li>\n<li>A good understanding of and commitment to working closely with the communities Arawak
