Chris Harris<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Chief Executive<\/strong><\/p>\n

Chris joined Arhag as our Chief Executive in June 2021. Chris has worked in the social housing sector for over 30 years delivering strategic, operational, and transformational customer and asset services across G15 housing associations, the voluntary sector and two east London local authorities.<\/p>\n

Chris was previously the Executive Director, Customer Services for a G15 housing association for 6 \u00bd years. Chris has a strong set of social values that are focused on leading the organisation\u2019s mission of \u201cproviding the best housing services to Arhag\u2019s customers, while developing the potential of migrants and refugees in London\u201d and being the \u201cgo to\u201d organisation.<\/p>\n

Andrew Shaw<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Director of Finance & Resources<\/p>\n

Andrew joined Arhag Housing Association in November 2020. He is our Director of Finance & Resources and is responsible for Finance, IT and HR. Andrew has worked in the social housing sector since 2003, including senior roles with various housing associations, from members of the G15 group of the largest associations in London to smaller providers.<\/p>\n

Andrew is CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) qualified and has an MBA (master\u2019s degree in business administration) from the Cass Business School.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n

Tina Bull<\/h2>\n

Head of Housing<\/p>\n

Tina has over 21 years of experience in social housing. This experience includes resident involvement, housing management, service development, contact centre management, service improvement, contract management and customer services.<\/p>\n

Tina worked in the London Borough of Lambeth for 18 years and started as a Tenancy Housing Officer moving on to Service Development and then Repairs Performance Manager.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n

Shabana Yousaf<\/h2>\n

Director of Property, Building Safety & Compliance<\/strong><\/p>\n

Shabana has over 25 years\u2019 experience working for Housing Associations, Local Authorities and ALMO\u2019s. She has worked for Southern Housing Group, L&Q, One Housing Group, Local Space HA, LB Hammersmith and Fulham, Tower Hamlets Homes and Eastlight Community Homes to name a few.<\/p>\n

She has extensive experience of working at a senior level and as part of Exec Team has delivered transformational services. Specialising in Property Services, Asset Management and Compliance, Shabana is also extremely passionate about the customer experience and EDI ensuring that quality services are delivered to a high standard. She is keen to promote resident involvement and engagement in all aspects of the business.<\/p>\n

Shabana also has a keen interest to support emerging talent and is a Mentor for the Housing Diversity Network.
