- A detailed CV of no more than two pages of A4, including details of positions held and dates (including achievements relevant to a non-executive position)
- Please answer the below questions in no more than 250 words per answer and attach them along with your CV ensuring your name is clearly visible.
- What attracts you to the mission and work of Arhag?
- Tell us about the sector/company you work/volunteer in, one of the main challenges it is currently facing, and how you personally have contributed to seeking a solution.
- How has your own background and upbringing influenced your approach to creating greater diversity in your workplace?
- Tell us about a time when you raised a challenge at work or on a Board (charity/not-for-profit or business-related) and how you went about trying to convince your colleagues of your view.
- Arhag is faced, along with other housing providers, with a similar situation and challenge: we must ensure that our residents are safe, we want to make as much of a contribution to making our estate net carbon zero as we can and we want to continue to invest in developing our offer to our residents. All of these carry considerable costs. There is no right answer to this, but please tell us the way in which you as a Board Member would go about thinking through these challenges.
