- Deep experience, gained at a senior and influential level, of leading the development of, creating, proving, and operationalising successful income generation strategy.
- Strong level of experience of working in one or more complicated charitable organisations that are set within a complex stakeholder landscape.
- A proven track record of successfully leading and developing a diverse income generation strategy, with multiple channels and diverse stakeholders, where a portfolio of income streams has been maximised.
- Senior management level experience of leading on organisational change programmes and initiatives.
- An experienced leader, able to work externally to develop strong long-term relationships.
- Significant experience and understanding of strengthening a brand to deliver organisational priorities.Experience of embedding a culture of income generation across a complex organisation.
- Successful new business development, with examples of testing and scaling commercial opportunities.
